Baked Potato Soup
½ c butter1 small diced onion
Sauté butter and onion until tender & add ½ cup flour. Stir!
Add slowly 2 c of chicken broth then add 2 c milk
Stir with whisk until thick- add more milk for desired thickness
Add 3 large baked potatoes (peeled & diced)
Heat until hot- add salt and pepper to taste
You can sprinkle with green onion, crisp bacon and cheese
