Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

1-2 Chicken Breast
1 cup Parmesan
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
Marinara Sauce
Spaghetti noodles

I cut the chicken into pieces and pound it out until they are really thin. I mix crumbs with cheese and then I add a little salt and pepper. Then I coat the chicken with first flour then egg and then Bread crumb, cheese mixture. I cook in hot olive oil or vegetable oil until brown and cooked. I serve chicken on top of spaghetti and pour my favorite marinara sauce on top.
