1 Box Dry Lemon Cake Mix
8 0z Cool Whip
1 Egg
Mix Top three ingredients. It will be stick so oil up your hands if needed. Roll into 2 inch balls and then roll in powder sugar.
Cook at 375 for 13 minutes on a slightly greased pan.
When I tried this in a Higher Elevation. We had to add a little flour to make the cookies not so runny. I think we used like a 1/4 of a cup.
